I went to the P & R boot sale today, I tried a burger from Maria’s Kitchen, it contained Beef patty, bacon, chili jam, garlic mayo and salad, these are not to be confused with normal burgers. It was really tasty and plenty of flavour, he makes the burgers himself. The 2 guys who were serving were really pleasant, friendly and we had a great chat. He has been a chef for 15 years in a restaurant and caters at many big events, he’s burger are not your plain standard ones.“
